Once they have been vetted, they have 5 large play areas for exercise, professional grooming, 150 square foot run cooled with a fan, a comfy bed and a dog house. When inside, they have air-conditioned or heated room, with beds, radios and a television so they don’t get lonely while our volunteers are away. Our volunteers love spending quality time with each Dirks dog to socialize them and get to know them. This is so essential for finding them their perfect home!
There are countless stories our volunteers can share about their favorite Dirks Dog. We all have a number one passion to find the right furever home for our special critters. We pour our hearts and soul into their care. We have yet to find another rescue organization that will put the time and effort into providing the best possible healthcare for them.
